Well when it comes to haircare.. I suck at it! I only have 1 hair treatment and oil from L’Occitane. Knowing me, I got worse and made my haircare routine EXTRA 🌟
Here are the products I got :
I have very sensitive skin and scalp. So when I found this hair spray, I became loyal to it. It has a strong hold without damaging my hair. It doesn’t have a bothersome smell as well. But, it makes my scalp itchy and causes me to have nodes on my nape. I thought my hair extensions cause it.. but…

When I bought these products. I noticed that they also cause me nodes and itchy scalp. 🥺🥲
Let’s start with the..
The first time I used this .. I immediately see results. My grey hair aren’t gone COMPLETELY but definitely MINIMIZED. It even delayed the appearance of my new grey hair. But then again.. it also caused me to have itchy and dry scalp. Like snow flakes from my hair ❄🌨🥲
AFTER 1 WEEK OF USE!
This balm makes my hair soft and silky. It doesn’t make my hair oily but it straightens my frizzy hair especially the bangs area. Then again.. same problem. Itchy dry scalp for the win! 💯
I also have thin hair. This is why I put on hair extensions. Until I found out about this product
It makes my hair bouncy and healthy-looking with volume to the point that I no longer need hair extensions at times. I look like I have thick hair but it doesn’t make my hair feel heavy or sticky. And of course, same disadvantage. You know it by now I guess 🤷♀️
Together with the volume spray, I also use this shampoo to help me have thicker hair by protecting my hair and minimizing hair loss
Just apply it all over your scalp and gently massage then rinse as usual. You’ll see instant results = thick hair with minimal hair loss 🤯 I got so obsessed with it..
Now there’s one time that I used this shampoo then the balm and 2 sprays to style my hair. The next day.. my scalp is itchy and dry, my whole scalp, ears and nape are full of nodes and acne. I realized that when you use all these products in one day, you’ll tend to have the worst allergic reaction EVER!!! And that’s what happened to me 🥺🥺🥺
And yes they actually fixed everything. From the itchy scalp to my acne and nodes.. all gone as soon as I stopped using Phyto.
Of course I made the wrong decision. In one snap, nodes and acne returned. Scalp became dry and itchy again. Finally, I decided to let go of the shampoo and hair treatment. Since the balm and sprays are used once or 2x a month only, they will stay. The RE30 will stay with me as well but will be used 2x a month max only.
Now before you judge Phyto.. or me.. just an FYI that the reaction also happened to my husband
It makes my husband’s scalp itchy.. he dreads the day he has to apply it on. He also tends to have acne on his face and neck whenever he uses this. Good thing is it works well with him BUT the bald spot gets bigger whenever he stops using it. We see instant results but it isn’t permanent like the RE30. You have to use it consistently to see drastic results. But how if your scalp, face and nape (whole head) will suffer in return? 😔
Phyto is all-natural and safe to use. I don’t understand why this happened to us. I believe there’s a common formula that exists in all these products that cause our bodies to react 😬
I really had high hopes for this brand. It’s sad that it caused me 2 weeks worth of pain and discomfort. I’m happy that they work and they are actually affordable but I’m disappointed for it comes with a big price in return. 😩
