Saraza’s Food

Last month, me and my son celebrated our birthday. As a part of my mom’s gift, she sent us food from Saraza’s Food, a family of good cooks from one generation to another. I am proud to be a family friend of one of their cooks, Kuya Itan – husband of Ate Mitch, my friend for life.

I didn’t expect a lot nor did I request a bunch from Saraza’s Food because it’s just a gift from my mom.. and since the payment won’t come from my own pocket, I don’t want to be demanding. But look at how they managed! Less expectation / instructions = FULL BLAST PERFECTION!

They have a wide variety of food and their cooks are nice enough to possibly accommodate your food request. Just MESSAGE or text them for more details. Their Facebook page team is very responsive. I won’t rate the food anymore because I’ll give 10 or 11 anyway, no brainer 😄

The BEST pancit malabon ever! From the ingredients to the sauce that didn’t cause me any allergic reaction and the generous serving. Wow! Just yummy! Underrated specialty of the family

The ingredients are a lot (like a Chinese pancit version) and the aroma of the pancit is really good, it doesn’t smell like soy sauce nor does it taste like vetsin.

Crispy, scrumptious smell and freshly prepared. It may be simple for most of you but I don’t cook fried stuff or else I’ll ruin it for me and my fam. 😳😅

I am a ginataang langka lover so trust me when I say I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. I love how thinly sliced the langka is. It is spicy with just the perfect ratio of gata and langka. PERFECT! I dare you to try this, good luck to your weighing scale though 🙊🤯

By now you may think.. “Aba they have it all!” Oops there’s more. This macaroni and cheese has 7 kinds of cheese in it! Do not underestimate it for it tastes so good, it has a hint of milk. The bacon isn’t salty and the macaroni is al dente, less umay. Just wow! Everyone deserves to taste this. I hope they have Grab Food really soon.

Saraaaaaaaap 🤤 Full of ginger and the rice inside the bowl is generous enough for it to be considered a decent meal of the day. You wouldn’t want to miss this comfort food that comes with chicken and egg (upon request)

Ang simple ng turon pero ang sarap pa din. Crispy, good quality of banana, and just the right amount of sweetness. Yum!

You might be mad right now and think PATI PALITAW KAYA NILA? Yes they cater this too! I mentioned variety right? Even pichi pichi and biko – they make those too! Masarap, malambot, and it is nicely done. Hindi nakaka-umay and hindi tinipid. NapapaTagalog na ako because this cannot be described well in English!

I like this dessert because my mom makes it for us. Usually with cheese. My common fear with this salad is if it’s too sweet – I cannot take it and wouldn’t eat it! Of course they excelled on this one as well. Bravo guys! 🙌

My dad tends to bring us leche flan at least once a year. I don’t eat leche flan that often for I feel sad everytime I eat it and remember him. Plus if it doesn’t taste good, I’ll just be pissed 😬🙄 This leche flan tastes like what my dad brings us. Exactly like that! 🧡❤♥️

Omggggggg so delicious! Just the perfect ratio of graham, mangoes, and cream. The mangoes are fresh (not sour or pilit na hinog) and the cream isn’t too sweet for you to have high blood sugar. Though I must say this is my least favorite because it is the sweetest dessert we ordered, it still is the best compared to the other mango grahams we ordered this year.

Kuya Itan of Saraza’s Food made everything special for me and my son’s birthday. Me and my family are grateful for the efforts he put into cooking and making these dishes extra perfect. I have no words but excellence at its finest. I know they’re making their parents very proud, especially Tita Fe who is the founder of this business. Thank You Lord for this family!
