Yes! It’s high time to show some skin! 😅 We’ve been eating in Tony Roma’s for years now. I regret why it took us this long to try it. I can say that it is definitely one of their best starters. Ang sarap!!! 😅

Tony Roma’s describes it as : Baked, scooped and stuffed with plenty of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, bacon and sour cream.
They are too humble to just describe it as that. Yes it is filled with PLENTY of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses; but the space in their menu is too small to add the perfect description for this dish. Let me do the honors of telling you more about it. 😄
It is crispy on the outside; it’s as if you’re eating crispy potato chips — the gem here is the taste of cheese and butter in one. Just when you start to enjoy the cheese.. crispy bacon will suddenly pop in. They sprinkled the right amount of bacon to add more crisp while enjoying the soft and chewy cheese and give your palate the enjoyment it needs. 😫
The potato skin is still tasty even without the cheese and bacon; but it became extra special because of the cheese and the sour cream it comes with. 🍴

i totally agree with u. the perfect part is the chewy cheese. it is hard for others to make a perfect cheese dish because it tends to get hard if not cooked well.. oh my! the bacon isnt too many but just right to add some crunch. im not sure if you’re from the US but still want to say HAPPY THANKSGIVING! GOD BLESS YOU! 😊

From Canada myself. We have Thanksgiving in the middle of October. It is about the end of the harvest season then. Right now we have a foot of snow outside, I guess that is why Thanksgiving is pushed back over a month for us…..haha 🙂

we dont have a Thanksgiving Day here in the Philippines.. but we just learned how to appreciate everything even though it isn’t declared as the day to give thanks.. everyday is thanksgiving day.. enjoy God’s goodness! 😊
