The truth is, we work harder because of many reasons. Some work to please other people, some work to gain more (money, popularity, material things, women, comfort), and others just want to be busy because they don't want to be idle. Resting means trusting in God's ability to take care of you. When we COMPLETELY trust Him in ALL aspects of our lives, everything else follows.
