Mac x Maine Lipsticks

2 years ago, Maine broke the record and became the first ever MAC Maker who sold out her lipstick in 1 minute. Hubby had to fall in line for 3 to 4 hours just to buy this lipstick.

The shade’s name is @MAINEDCM, Maine’s account name on Instagram. It is a muted peachy beige shade with a matte finish. It comes in a new exclusive packaging with a kiss-print design of Maine’s actual lips.

A lot of Filipinos actually wondered why Maine chose this nude shade when in fact she is known to sell MAC Ruby Woo like hotcakes the first time she used and posted about it. Maine is popular in the Philippines because of her loveteam with Alden. Now that Aldub is not that trending anymore, is Maine’s collaboration with MAC STILL a perfect timing?

Back by popular demand, Maine Mendoza is the first ever to do a second MACMaker collaboration! Not just that, she is the only one with a lipglass shade. #Proud

Compared with MAC Megamall, Rustan’s Shangri-la has no line/queue at all. They still have a lot of stocks of the MAC x Maine lipstick in red. The lipglass is only available at Lazada and sold as a bunch at SM Megamall together with their lip primer and an exclusive meet and greet with Maine last Sunday March 1st.

I am so happy that MAC produced a lot of lipsticks this time. We were able to reserve and luckily, there’s enough for everyone. Great! Gia is my go-to MAC staff at Eastwood Mall. Now that she’s at Rustan’s, I have more reasons to visit them often. Love her! Plus I have my eyes set on their lacquer 🤩 🤭

I am not an Aldub fan or Maine’s super fan in particular (I am a Jadine fan for crying out loud) but I adore Maine and how humble/down to earth she is, she deserves our love and support.

You! You who love red and bold colors. I have a lot of red lipsticks (I mean it) but I’ve never found a lip color that is as red/burgundy as this. I love it so much, I wanna buy more – I’m so afraid for this lipstick to be out of the market. Perfect for all Filipinas!

I love that the packaging is unique and looks so luxurious. I just love everything about this lipstick. Best part? The lipstick can be worn from light to bold depending on how much you swipe/ build the product. It doesn’t dry my lips and leaves a light pink tint after eating or drinking. Gotta love it!

I love this collection so much that I have to buy the lipglass too. And! I will have a giveaway very soon together with a Plains & Prints top and a planner. I can’t wait!
