Dior & Fenty Makeup Review : Avengers End Game Look

A few weeks ago, we watched Avengers End Game as early as 8am here in the Philippines. To give honor and to at least match with the Avengers’ logo colors, I wore this dress and came up with a fierce blue/purple eyeshadow look.

Dress by Plains & Prints

Yesterday, I blogged about Pat McGrath Lip Balm and showed you this look wearing a Dior Addict Lacquer Plump in Midnight Star.

I’m now wearing the lip ink again together with another Dior product and eyeshadow from Fenty Beauty.

Bought At Rustan’s

This is probably my one and only favorite lip ink from Dior. It is a plumping lacquered lip ink. I’m not a fan of lacquered lipsticks but this formula in particular is the bomb!

Bluer than Blue Faux Nails by Fab Nails

I love the color and its formula. It adds a dimension on your lips while leaving it plump for a few hours and hydrated after wear. It doesn’t tug nor bleed, it is transfer-proof. You can still drink without the risk of transfer/washing out. The stain/ink can stay even up to 10 hrs but it’s gonna be patchy and uneven as soon as you eat. So to make the color look even and to have a good color payoff, you need to reapply everything. To apply the lip ink is easy, the wand is easy to use. But be careful on possible lip line mistakes and have your concealer ready anytime.

For a better finish, 2 coats are needed. It looks so thick and heavy on the photo but it feels lightweight in real life. Also, it has hyaluronic acid that moisturizes the lips well and fast enough with a light minty feeling. The applicator absorbs the product well but doesn’t dry fast.

DiorShow On Stage Liner in Matte Pop Blue

The key in making this look extraordinary is by adding a pop of matte blue eyeliner. It has a flexible felt tip that easily makes a thin/thick line. I love that it is waterproof and doesn’t smudge. It dries fast and doesn’t cake after time. The eyeliner lasts for hours, it is buildable and can be used as an eyeshadow. I love everything about this eyeliner, I use it for art makeup. But aside from that, I don’t have any plans of repurchasing for now.

Accessories by Kultura

On this eye makeup, I have to use the Dior eyeliner to double as an eyeshadow to complement my “icy” and heavy eyeshadow from Fenty Beauty.

Bought at Sephora PH

My husband bought it for me as soon as the collection was launched. With the price and all, we expected a lot from the brand/product. This is the holiday collection of Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter Palette. It has 7 amazing different colors that are actually so pigmented. What’s not to like?

Wearing Lynelle Hair Extension

It is not perfect to use as a face highlighter! Yes, it’s not! Why? Because it leaves chunks of glitters and cause your face to look patchy and uneven. The colors are either to bold for a highlight or too light / weird for a cheek highlight. Everytime I put it on my cheeks, I cringe and immediately put a different highlighter after. Also, the humidity causes its formula to cake and crack whether I put it on eyes or cheeks. 🙄🤦‍♀️

In terms of packaging, nothing beats the iciness and frozen peg of this palette. It is in a very hard cardboard that protects all the eyeshadow well enough AND very easy to clean without it getting wet.

It is now gone in Sephora PH but purchasing it at Sephora was easy. Shipping is fast too!

My favorite colors are the subzero (blue), scandal ‘ice (purple), chillz (white), and stone cold (duo purple grey). The other colors aren’t used until now for I already have them on my other palettes but I’ll definitely try next time.

The eyeshadow formula is cream-like that turns into a pigmented powder with big chunks of glitters. It is buildable but tends to fall out. It is blendable but because of the fall out, eye contouring is really hard. It’s as if the eyeshadow doesn’t last well if builded or blended with each other. Probably because I blended a metallic to metallic formula. Maybe contouring it with a matte eyeshadow would be better.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Dream Glow Kit

Since my all-purpose highlighter by Fenty Beauty didn’t work, I put on my fave highlighter from Anastasia Beverly Hills. It highlights well and add dimension on my face but it looks dewy and feels heavy on the face. It’s not matte and not the perfect highlighter to use on the nose but I’m in love.

Till now my heart is broken for the Avengers End Game; but it helps to know that after every ended story, there’s a new beginning. I love you guys 3000x!!! 😭😭😭 Also, I hate you Capt Marvel! Don’t ask! 🙊🤷‍♀️

Don’t miss out. Find me on IG and Facebook for more updates. Thanks for dropping by.

As usual, all products and brands mentioned on this post aren’t sponsored.
